How to Invite Patients via Email

Step 1: Go to the Home or Patients tab on your Capila dashboard. Step 2: Click on the Invite Patients button. Step 3: Enter the patient’s email address in the field provided. Step 4: Customize the message (optional) if you want to add a personal note for the patient. Step 5: Click Send Invite. The patient will receive an email with a link to download the Capila app and set up their account.

Note: If patients do not receive the email, encourage them to check their spam or junk folder, or contact Capila support for further assistance.

•	A: not at this moment. 

•	Q: What if I entered the wrong email?
•	A: this person will receive a invite and will count againt your quota ( we are working to only bill for patients after they sign up, coming summer 2025.) 

•	Q: How does Capila’s AI support patients?
•	A: Once patients join, Capila’s AI will provide them with answers to common recovery questions, guidance on post-procedure care, and reassurance through each stage of recovery.

•	Q: Can I add patient notes that other team members can see?
•	A: not at the moment, but this is a feature coming summer 2025.
