Plan Options: Capila offers a range of subscription plans to fit different clinic needs. You can review plan options, features, and pricing on the Plans & Pricing page. •Current Plan Overview: To view your current plan, go to Settings > Subscription Overview. Here, you’ll see your plan name, cost, and renewal date.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Subscription Overview. • Step 2: Click Manage Subscription on Stripe. You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can view available plans and select a new one if needed. • Step 3: Follow the prompts in Stripe to confirm the plan change.

Note: Any plan changes may result in a prorated charge or credit on your next billing cycle, depending on your billing date and usage.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Billing. Step 2: In the Payment Method section, click Update Payment Method. Step 3: You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can securely enter new payment details (e.g., credit card information). Step 4: Save your changes in Stripe, and the updated payment method will be used for future billing cycles.
Accessing Invoices: To view your past invoices, go to Settings > Billing and select Manage Billing on Stripe. This will open your Stripe account where you can download and print invoices.
Invoice Details: Each invoice provides a breakdown of charges, including your subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
Step 1: To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Subscription Overview and select Manage Subscription on Stripe.
Step 2: In Stripe, follow the cancellation prompts.
Important: After canceling, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You’ll retain access to all Capila features until that time.
