1. Create Your Account

Step 1: Visit the Capila Sign-Up Page and enter your email address and a secure password.

Step 2: Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox. This helps us ensure the security of your account.

Step 3: Complete the initial setup form with basic information about your clinic, including your clinic name, contact details, and any other requested information.

2. Set Up Your Profile

Profile Details: Add details about your clinic or practice, including a profile picture or logo. This will be visible to your team members and patients.

Contact Information: Make sure your contact email and phone number are up-to-date so we can reach you with important notifications and updates.

3. Choose Your Subscription Plan

Step 1: Select a subscription plan that best fits your clinic’s needs. You can review different plans on the Plans & Pricing page.

Step 2: If you’re ready to start, follow the prompts to enter your payment information securely.

Step 3: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be ready to invite patients and explore the platform.

4. Add Your First Team Member (Optional)

You can invite additional team members to help manage patients. Go to Settings > Team Members and enter their email addresses to send invites.

Assign appropriate roles and permissions based on their responsibilities in the clinic.
