Overview — How patient invites work

When you invite a patient, Capila generates a secure access link.

When the patient opens the link, they can install the app and access a recovery experience that is already linked to your clinic.

Invites are lightweight, fast, and work well when shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Invite methods available

Capila supports multiple ways to invite patients. Use the method that fits your workflow.

Invite via Link (Recommended)

This is the primary and most flexible method. It is also the fastest for most clinics.

1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Click Invite Patients.
3. Copy your clinic invite link.
4. Share it with the patient via:
   • WhatsApp
   • SMS
   • Email
   • In person
